If you are currently on AutoPay with us, we will need to get you set up in our new system.  You have a couple of options to set up your AutoPay.  The first is really easy, just give us a call and we can add the information to the system for you.  The second, you can login to our new system and set up your "recurring billing" on your own.  Below are the instructions to set up your own "recurring billing" in the new system.  We ask that you do not post any payments prior to January 1, 2018.

First step is to make sure that our office has your email address.

Contact the office to setup a temporary password for your account.

Go to the website:

Login using your email address & temporary password

Select request password change – you will receive an email allowing you to update your password and then you can change it and login to manage your account.

If you want to add an auto payment select the tab "recurring billing" and enter your information so your rent payment will be deducted automatically from your credit card or checking account.

If you just want to make a one-time payment select make a payment.
